1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 1, the Plaintiff filed an application for refugee status with a foreigner of Pakistanan nationality to the Defendant on October 18, 2013, but the Defendant rendered a disposition to deny refugee status on September 2, 2014, and the Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on September 5, 2014, but the said objection was dismissed on April 2, 2015; the Plaintiff was notified of the decision to dismiss the said objection on April 6, 2015; and the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit on July 13, 2015 after 90 days from the date on which the Plaintiff was notified of the decision to dismiss the objection.

Thus, the lawsuit of this case is dismissed as it is illegal since it was filed after the period of filing the lawsuit under Article 20 (1) of the Administrative Litigation Act has expired.
