Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving a bicycle CCA 110cc motor device.

On January 4, 2017, the Defendant operated a bicycle with a motor device around 20:04, and led Seongdong-gu Seoul to proceed front of the road in front of Seongdong-gu Seoul to the mawp-dong-side.
