Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving a bicycle B 124c motor device.

On March 31, 2016, the Defendant driven a bicycle for a motor device at around 12:20 on March 31, 2016, and proceeded one lane in front of the Seoul Western-gu Seoul Central District Court to the backside of the private household from the face bank to the backside of the private household.

Since there is a place where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed on the road, there was a duty of care to make an intern at the place where the driver is permitted for the motor device bicycle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and caused the victim to go beyond the ground by shocking the central line and driving the 100c motor bicycle, which is driven by the victim D (45 tax) who was driving on the mawal road, with the front and front wheels of the motor device bicycle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as minculization of the off-line executives in need of approximately eight weeks of treatment.
