Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 15, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) stated, around 21:25, the Defendant: (a) took a string of a taxi station operated by the Victim C (51) to return to Korea with drinking together with working fares in front of the 534 Mayang-dong, Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) re-undertake the Defendant into the Defendant’s destination several times while the Defendant was driving; and (c) re-entered the Defendant at the time of the Defendant’s driving; (d) “Isk-si; (e) “Isk-si; (e) Isk-si; (e) Isk-si; and (e) Isk-si; (e) Isk-si; (e) Isk-si; and (e) when Iskn-si passed 194-30 roads at the right side of the victim’s body to the port.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who operated a taxi.

2. From October 15, 2012 to around 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim F, a slope affiliated with the E District, who was sent to the site after receiving a report of 112 for the same reason as Paragraph (1) at the front of the 194-17-ro, Gyeyang-gu, Mayang-gu, 194-17, Ansan-gu; (b) stated that “I will see why I will see why I will grow up and she will get out of the taxi; and (c) the victim’s statement that “I will see that I will see, I will see, and will see, I will see,” and “I will see, if I will see, she will do so.”
