1. On January 12, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “A victim E, who reported and contacted the sales of contact diskettes posted in D in Busan Northern Zone B apartment C, would send 46,500 won of contact diskettes to the victim E.”

However, as the defendant did not possess the above pockets, even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have any intention or ability to send the above pockets.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, caused the victim to remit KRW 46,500 to the K Bank account in the name of F, and again received cultural merchandise coupons worth KRW 50,000 from F.

2. On February 1, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “A victim G who reported and contacted tweet sales comments posted in D at the places specified in paragraph (1) at around February 1, 2018, would send tweet 56,500 won in remittance.”

However, as the defendant did not possess the above pockets, even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have any intention or ability to send the above pockets.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, caused the victim to remit KRW 56,500 to the K Bank account in the name of H, and again received cultural merchandise coupons worth KRW 60,000 from H.

On January 20, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “A victim I, who reported and contacted e-mail sales of e-mailet C, posted in e-mail B apartment of 2018,000 won, will send e-mailet 95,00 won by remitting e-mail.”

However, since the defendant did not possess the above diskettes, even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above diskettes.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and has the victim J.
