All appeals filed by prosecutors and defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Each sentence (one year and six months of imprisonment) sentenced by the court below to the Defendants is deemed to be too unhued and unfair.

B. Each sentence sentenced by the court below to the Defendants is too unreasonable.

2. The Defendants made a confession and reflect on all of the instant offenses; Defendant A did not have any history of punishment for the same crime; Defendant B did not have any history of criminal punishment exceeding the suspension of execution; Defendant B did not have any history of criminal punishment for the same crime; and there was no history of criminal punishment exceeding the fine. However, the Defendants’ crime of the instant case committed in collusion with G in order with G in distribution over 454 times during the market. The Defendants distributed an illegal cosmetic containing the number of times over 454 times in the long period; as such, it appears that the Defendants’ use and accumulation of the number is likely to disrupt the order of commercial transactions by falsely indicating the country of origin as the French cosmetic and undermine the consumer trust; the use and accumulation of the number is very highly likely to cause harm to the consumers’ reliance; Defendant B could directly supply the cosmetic to the Defendants in the form of 10-year distribution and supply the cosmetic containing the above cosmetic during the period of 10-year period; Defendant B could not directly supply the cosmetic to the Defendants.
