1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 122,41,186 to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from March 18, 2011 to November 26, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Recognizing the fact that: (a) on March 18, 201, B: (a) driven by the Plaintiff at the speed of approximately 61-70 km (hereinafter speed below 60 km) at the speed of about 61-70 km in the speed of Si/Gun/Gu, in violation of the stop signal in the direction of the city in the Han River basin, at the speed of at least 665 km in the speed of the scamba-dong, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) obstructed the intersection by the Plaintiff’s driving, in violation of the signal in the direction of the right side of the bus terminal in the direction of the toward the left and right side of the said vehicle (hereinafter “instant accident”); and (c) caused the Plaintiff’s injury, such as an injury to the Plaintiff, such as an external camba-off, the upper part of the left side of the said vehicle, e.g., e., e., e.
The defendant is an insurer who has concluded a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance contract with respect to the foregoing motor vehicle driven by B.

B. According to the facts found as above, since B was driving the above vehicle while causing the instant accident and thereby causing injury to the Plaintiff, the Defendant is liable for compensating the Plaintiff for the damages incurred by the instant accident.
C. The Plaintiff’s liability is also limited to 60% of the Defendant’s liability in consideration of the foregoing circumstances, since the Plaintiff, in violation of the signal for left-hand turn, was at the intersection and was involved in the instant accident.
(40%) 2. The scope of liability for damages is as shown in the attached Table of Calculation of Compensation for Damages, except as otherwise stated below.
