At around 07:00 on July 7, 2013, the Defendant driven approximately 30 km from the front day to the front day of the transport industry development in Yeongjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul, in a state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.159%.
