Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2013, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km from the front side of the “Vimanmanman Park Park,” which is located in the Donjin-gu U.S. under the influence of alcohol by 0.092% of blood alcohol concentration, to the front side of the “Wiman Park,” located in the Donjin-gu in the former city.
