1. Basic facts

A. On September 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with the Defendant, which provides that the Plaintiff shall manage the occupancy of “D” (hereinafter “instant building”) newly built on the land, both the Pyeongtaek-gun and the two parcels of land (hereinafter “instant building”). The main content of the instant service contract is as follows.

1. The period of occupancy management services shall be from the conclusion of this contract to December 30, 2017;
