A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 2013, the Defendant requested the head of the E office to receive a loan from C (one-person D office) and the head of the E office, which was known through Internet search.
The above C and E offices (hereinafter “the above”) forged income certificate of those who do not meet the loan qualification requirements of financial institutions, etc. or evidentiary documents, such as the receipt of earned income and income withholding receipts, thereby manipulating the qualification conditions. The above C and E offices (hereinafter “the above”) purchase a high-priced vehicle by using it, and then sell it, and then sell it and raise funds. The “work loan” is referred to as “work loan.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above C, forged a certificate of employment in the name of F, a private document related to a certificate of fact, a certificate of withholding income tax on Class A earned income, and a withholding receipt for earned income, for the purpose of exercising it without authority.
