Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:21, 201, operated a TG car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.125% from the section of approximately 300 meters, from the roads of “Cheongan Saemaul Community Depository” located in Seogu-dong, Gwangju to the roads in front of “Cheongan Saemaul Community Depository” located in the same Gu.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving any TG car.

On October 20, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.125% 0.125% around 22:21, and continued to drive the said car at a speed of about 60 km from the right side of the Joseon University, along with the front letter of “Dong-dong Saemaul Depository,” located in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Gwangju, Dong-gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by negligence of neglecting the influence of alcohol and driving at the front intersection, was driven by the victim C(the age of 27) who was under the influence of the signal stop at the front intersection, and got the victim E(the age of 32) who was under the influence of the signal stop the front part of the driver's vehicle and let the above front part of the driver's vehicle, and was under the influence of the driver's license, the Defendant got the victim E(the age of 32) who was under the influence of the signal stop at the front part.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, needs to be treated for about two weeks to the injured party C, such as light cump salt, tension, etc., and need to be treated for about two weeks to the injured party G(23 years of age) who was boarding the motor vehicle of the above C.
