A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, around March 2013, the Defendant purchased the DSS5 car in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from a person whose name is not known, the amount of KRW 2 million and did not apply for the transfer of ownership.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those who are engaged in driving a DSS5 vehicle.

On June 27, 2013, at around 13:25, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded at a speed of about 50km at the speed of about 50km from the 5-lane west-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, along the three-lane west-do-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si road, at the speed of 50km from the Dogggggg-do-do-do-do-do-si. The previous victim E(the age limit 34) reported that the F New franchise XG car driven by the preceding victim E(the age limit 34) stops for the waiting signal, but it did not reach the Defendant's order, and led the victim's vehicle behind the passenger vehicle by the front part of the Defendant's vehicle, and thereby, the victim G (the age limit 56) driven by the Defendant and the J-J-J-J 3 truck driven by the victim G (the age limit 56) who followed the Defendant and the J-J-J 3 truck drivened by the victim G(the age limit 56).

Ultimately, the Defendant’s occupational negligence requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim E, and is infinite to the part of the frame and the pelvis.
