Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On March 21, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Suwon District Court on February 16, 2006, and three years in prison for the same crime in the Sungnam Branch of the Suwon District Court on May 28, 2010, five years in prison for the same crime at the Seoul Eastern District Court on May 28, 201, and three years in prison for the same crime at the Seoul Western District Court on June 1, 201, and completed the execution of the final sentence on March 16, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
