1. The plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and the Defendants’ relationship 1) At the time of December 23, 2014, as indicated in the table related to the claims stated in the separate sheet, the Plaintiffs were in Yongsan-gu Q buildings in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).

(2) As to July 11, 201 205 of the instant commercial building (in specifying the store in this case, only the number of stores for convenience shall be stated) and Defendant P acquires each ownership as to February 305, 201.

(A) On January 20, 2015, Defendant N transferred ownership to R. On May 14, 2014, Defendant N leased Nos. 205 and 305 from Defendant O and P to operate the restaurant with the trade name “S” (hereinafter “instant store”).

3) Defendant interesting State Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant interesting State Fire”)

(B) The Defendant N is the insurer who entered into a sales liability and fire insurance contract with regard to the instant temporary burial. B. The second floor floor plan and the internal structure of the instant temporary burial are as follows.

The fire occurred once from the first floor to the fifth floor of the instant commercial building, as indicated in the attached list related to the purport of the claim, and the inside facilities, etc. in the leased store owned or leased by the Plaintiffs were damaged by flame.
