1. The part against the Defendants in the judgment of the court of first instance is revoked, and the Plaintiff corresponding to the revoked part is the Defendants.

1. The following facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by considering the whole purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3-1, 3-5, 5, 7, 8-1, 2, 9, 1, 1 and 3.
