Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from May 29, 2015, 2015: (a) up to 03:10 on May 29, 2015, the Defendant: (b) received KRW 130,00 from customers and directed employees D to engage in sexual traffic on three occasions in order to receive KRW 130,00 from customers.

The motion for prosecution and consolidation of the instant case of "2015 Highest 6409" shall be reported to the effect that additional supplement is made to the omission in the indictment of the 2015 Highest 3416 case.

The Defendant is a person who, from the end of April 2015 to September 2015, operates a marina business with the trade name of “C” from the fourth floor of the Busan siba-gu B building.

1. On April 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) assisted an employee E to engage in sexual intercourse by receiving 130,000 won as a price for sexual intercourse from an assistant F belonging to the Busan Summer Police Station, which pretended to be a customer to find his/her place at the relevant marina branch; and (b) assisted an employee E to engage in sexual intercourse.

2. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) assisted employees G to engage in sexual intercourse by receiving 130,000 won as a price for sexual intercourse from the head of the police station of the Busan City, which pretended to find customers at the place; and (b) assisted the employees G to engage in sexual intercourse for business purposes.

The motion for prosecution and consolidation of the instant case of "2015 Highest 6977" shall be reported to the effect that additional supplement is made to the omission in the indictment of the 2015 Highest 3416 case.

On September 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated the “J” business in Busan Seo-gu I; and (b) arranged commercial sex acts by having a sexual relationship with K of female employees who were waiting in the fourth room of the business place with the police officer who was pretended to be a guest around 01:50 on September 8, 2015 and received 140,000 won for commercial sex acts.
