1. Facts of premise;

A. On July 25, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, with the insured as the Plaintiff A, and entered into an insurance contract without dividends, including a special agreement on cancer treatment expenses, and a non-dividend Samsung T&T contract on August 28, 2003, including a special agreement on admission into a specific disease, and a special agreement on hospitalization. The Plaintiff B entered into a new life cancer insurance contract with the Plaintiff A and the beneficiary as the Plaintiff B.

The terms and conditions of each insurance contract and special agreement mentioned above are as follows:

Article 10 (Definition and Place of Hospitalization) In this contract, the term "Hospitalization" means that it is acknowledged that the treatment of cancer is necessary by a person qualified as a doctor or dentist (hereinafter referred to as "doctor"), and it is difficult to treat at his own house, etc. and it is therefore difficult to treat and concentrate on the treatment under the control of a doctor under Article 3 (2) of the Medical Service Act.
