Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:45 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant tried to drive a motor vehicle of soflured from B in order to make an internship on the front of the Busan Bank located in the ancient-dong of the city, while driving on May 1, 2014.

In such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate steering gear, brakes and other devices, and shall not drive a motor vehicle at such speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle in a safe manner.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in driving the vehicle on the right side of the victim C's Karen car driving, which was driving from the front side of the driver's vehicle by negligence, and received the front part of the driver's vehicle.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim E (V, 25 years of age) who was on board a Karen vehicle due to light base, etc. for about two weeks. The Defendant: (a) caused an accident that causes damage to the said Karen vehicle to repair cost of KRW 846,128; and (b) escaped without taking measures such as aiding the victim.

2. Around 19:00 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license at a distance of about 10 km to the front road of the dry Industries located at the lower west of the city, through the Busan Bank located at the front side of the city-si, on the roads located at the west of the city-si. In around 21:15 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license.
