Punishment of the crime

On March 22, 2013, in accordance with the direction of “C”, the Defendant prepared a real estate lease agreement as if the Defendant leased from F to 80,000,000 won the rental deposit for two years, “F” under the direction of “C”, and “C” prepared a certificate of employment, health insurance qualification acquisition certificate, income tax collection confirmation certificate, and wage specification, etc.

However, in fact, the defendant did not actually lease the above G building 101 from F, and the defendant did not have any record of working for H company.

Nevertheless, around April 15, 2013, the Defendant received benefits at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon metropolitan office of the Victim Bank near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu branch of the Victim Bank near H, while working for H companies. F, as if he leased the above G G building 101, applied for a loan to the employees in charge of the Victim Bank loan, and applied for a loan of the entire loan to the employees in charge of the Victim Bank.
