A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A special intimidation: (a) around August 11, 2018, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the office of the victim C in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and moved to the vicinity of the ordinary railroad station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, while driving for food, around 19:50 on the same day, the Defendant argued from E that the Defendant’s parking of the Defendant’s vehicle was erroneous from the victim E (resident at the first floor in the same address as the victim) who is a fraud of the victim, making it difficult for him/her to move the vehicle, but even though he/she took a speech that it is difficult for him/her to move the vehicle, he/she did not take part in the house, he/she argued with E several calls from E, stating that “I am back on the back of the back by phone.”
On August 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 00:05, at the front of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) took a fluencing test with respect to the parking problem of E, and (c) took a knife knife, which is a lethal weapon, at the above Defendant’s house, and (d) took a knife that the knife victim D would enter the house while sending back the damaged D and E’s house, and said, the Defendant said that the Defendant “a kniff, knife, knife, knife” was the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant carried a knife, which is a deadly weapon, and threatened the victim D with threat as if he would inflict any harm on the body of the victim D.
2.
