A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was on April 2016 a.m. on the same day as the victim C (n, 20 years of age) in the middle of 13:00 and the same day as the victim C (n, 20 years of age) in the university, south-do, South-do, located in 30 a.m. 78 m. in the Nam-do, South-do, South-Nam-do, South-west, South-west, South-west, North Korea

During talking about the vision between each other, the victim committed assault to the victim by making the victim's left side blick with his/her hand, such as blicking the victim's head, blicking his/her head.

2. On September 26, 2017, the injured Defendant: (a) in the front parking lot of the Papex ( female dormitory) located in the university, south-do around 22:00 on September 26, 2017; and (b) during the time when the said Defendant and the victim wished to go “I wish to go.”

At the time, she considered the victim's left side blick, she abused the victim's blick with her hand on one occasion, her head blick, and her head blick, and her head blicked the victim's injury, such as the left-hand blick, which requires medical treatment for about 91 days between the victim and the victim.
