Of the facts charged in the instant case, the charge of larceny of deposit passbooks is acquitted.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is currently illegally staying in China with Chinese nationality.

1. Larceny;

A. On October 24, 2017, the Defendant, at around 06:40 on around 06:7, at the “head office of the South-do Livestock Cooperative,” located in 9:78 a.m. 78 a.m. in the Nam-do, South-do, South-do, South-North Korea, by inserting one passbook (Account Number:D) in the cash withdrawal machine installed therein, and then withdrawing KRW 2 million in cash owned by the victim’s South-North Korea Livestock Cooperative by inputting the password number entered in the passbook.

B. Around 07:28 on the same day, the Defendant continued to withdraw cash in the Ha-dong Livestock Cooperative: (a) at the “branch of Jin-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Ha-dong Do-dong 61

2. On October 24, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a FS5 vehicle in the section of approximately 50 kilometers from the parking lot near the Gyeongnam-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, through the “the point at which the Hado-gun, Jin-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, is running again at approximately 61 kilometers in the above parking lot.
