A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, by imprisonment for ten months, and imprisonment for one year for Defendant C.
except that this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On March 1, 2014, around 03:35, 2014, the Defendant knowingly purchased KRW 1.60,00 and purchased stolen goods, knowing that the victim H owned by G from the back seat of the taxi at the front seat of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is a stolen goods.
B. At around 01:00 on March 2, 2014, the Defendant purchased KRW 30,00 and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the Plaintiff was a lost mobile phone gallon juscop 31 stolen goods that I acquired from the back seat of the taxi at the same place as the above paragraph.
C. On March 5, 2014, the Defendant purchased KRW 90,00 and purchased stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that K is one stolen goods from the back seat of a taxi at the same place as the above paragraph, at around 03:15.
On February 21, 2014, from around 00:0 to 04:00, the Defendant purchased 21 mobile phones from the mobile phone engineers from around February 21, 2014 to around March 3, 2014, with the knowledge of the fact that gallonians are stolen goods in the vicinity of the Guro Digital Group of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and acquired gallonians by purchasing approximately 80,000 cell phoness from the mobile phone engineers from around February 21, 2014 to around March 3, 2014.
2. At around 04:00 on February 21, 2014, the Defendant purchased 23 mobile phones from A at least nine times in total nine times from the aforementioned date to March 3, 2014, with knowledge of the fact that one of the items purchased by A from taxi engineers is stolen, the Defendant purchased 23 mobile phones from A at KRW 1,570,000 from the above date and time to March 3, 2014.
3. Defendant C
A. At around 19:00 on February 27, 2014, the Defendant purchased 13 mobile phones from A’s taxi operators on the street in front of the city telephone station in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
