A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On April 11, 2014, the Defendant was driving a SPORTRTSMN 850cc dead-wheeled Bab, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.13% without obtaining a Class 2 driver’s license for a small-sized vehicle driving license from around 40 meters away from the area of about 40 meters to the front of the agricultural warehouse in the vicinity of the Gancheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gancheon-gun, the Gan-gun
2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without purchasing mandatory insurance at the date, time, and place under Paragraph (1).
『2014고단209』 피고인은 2014. 4. 11. 22:11경 경북 예천군 B에 있는 구 C초등학교(폐교) 입구에서, 다리가 오토바이에 끼어 꼼짝을 못하는 피고인을 구호하기 위해 112 신고를 받고 출동한 D파출소 소속 경위 E, 같은 경사 F이 피고인의 다리를 빼주자 갑자기 “씹할 놈아 니가 뭔데 나한테 이러노, 개새끼야 죽여뿐다”라고 말하며 위 E의 가슴을 떠밀어 바닥에 넘어뜨리고 침을 뱉고, 이를 말리는 위 F의 턱을 주먹으로 때려 폭행하였다.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties on police officers' relief measures.
