A company or juristic person or organization which has relations with a candidate (including a person intending to become a candidate) or his/her family members, or its officers or employees, shall not make any contribution act for the candidate in connection with the election concerned during the election period, and during the election period, regardless of whether it is related to the election concerned.

Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant sent a letter of invitation prepared "for the 10th F event held by the (Gu) ECE Institute located in YAD (Gu) YAD, the Defendant provided 800 electorates who attended the event with meals, teas, liquor, beverage free of charge, and Chapter B AD", and provided 7,425,00 won meals and teas for 7,425,00 won to the electorates who attended the event.

Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution to the 6th local election by clarifying the name of the defendant or by presumed that the defendant made a contribution.

2. B The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph 1, committed the above violation against A, who is the representative of the Defendant, in relation to the Defendant’s duties.
