A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving freight cars B;

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving the above cargo in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to drinking, suffered injury to the victim E, such as brain salvy in need of treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim I (the age of 40) who was operating the said cargo on the said frist car, such as light salvin, etc. requiring treatment for about three weeks, injury to the same victim J (the age of 52) such as five percent salvin, etc. requiring treatment for about eight weeks, and injury to the victim K (the age of 30), G, and L (the age of 30), and the victim K (the age of 30) who was driving the said cargo on the said salpyst car for about two weeks.
2. Paragraph (1) shall be applicable to the Defendant of the violation of the Road Traffic Act from the roads near the city-driven village in the area of the west-si, North Korea on August 5, 2014 at around 00:30.
