A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around June 2013, the Defendant talked with B and C to the effect that “in connection with new stocks with electric wires, they may use electricity in the way of mind if they are connected to the street studs.” (b) received KRW 1.5 million from them, and then, (c) requested D, an electrical business operator, to connect electric wires with the street studs operated by B and C at will, and (d) accepted them.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd to steal electricity managed by B, C, D and the Korea Electric Power Corporation.

Accordingly, D, as Geumcheon-gu Seoul, had electric wires installed in the square of Geumcheon-gu 91, 63-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and had them connected to each other’s street b and C, and thereafter, C used the electricity managed by the victim from June 2013 to October 20, 2013, and C arbitrarily from June 2013 to October 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, and D, stolen the unpaid electricity managed by the victim.

2. On August 30, 2013, the Defendant injured the victim’s face at the Geumcheon-gu Station 91, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the victim E (48 years of age) is against the Defendant, on the ground that he/she was drinking and drinking, the victim’s head is cut, and the victim’s head is teared.
