A is a bond company, and Defendant B has lent money from Defendant A since 2008.

1. On July 6, 2009, when Defendant A urged Defendant B to repay debts, Defendant B proposed that the deposit of Taekwondo ground located on the second floor in Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is owned by Defendant B (the age of 55), be counted from KRW 30,000 to KRW 40,000,000,000, which was additionally paid, should be counted from KRW 30,000 to KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000 won.
