Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2019, at around 02:55, the Defendant: (a) placed an emergency bell on a new wall at the 31st floor parking lot located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, on April 23, 2019; (b) brought about a dispute with the victim D (35 years of age); and (c) brought the victim's body into knife with the victim's hand, and pushed the victim's body.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
