On May 15, 2013, at around 20:55, the Defendant: (a) 72-3, Dong-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, 72-3, as a vision, and was in dispute with the victim C, and was assaulted on one occasion on the part of the victim, by setting up against the victim’s assault and spathing the spath, and by drinking spathing the spath.
