1. The defendant shall enter each of the plaintiffs listed in the separate sheet of the plaintiffs in the separate sheet in the column of mutual aid amount for each of the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are professors belonging to the Gyeonggi University established and operated by the Defendant.

B. In concluding a collective agreement in 2006 with the Korea Sports University Federation’s Federation of Private Universities and Colleges, the Defendant agreed to pay the full amount of individual contributions under the Pension for Private School Teachers and Staff Act (hereinafter “individual contributions”). The Defendant and the said trade union related to private school contributions, etc. among the collective agreements or labor-management councils concluded from 2006 to 2012 (hereinafter “Remuneration Regulations”) are as follows.

Article 58 (Expenses for Private School Pension) (1) of the collective agreement in 2006 and 2007, universities shall bear the full amount of individual contributions for private school pensions so that the private school pension can maintain equity with the statutory retirement allowances.

Article 58 (Pension Benefits) of the collective agreement in 2008 (Pension Benefits) ① The university shall provide personal pension in proportion to the individual pension contributions in order to maintain legal retirement allowances and equity, and to provide employee welfare support.

Article 58 (Welfare Welfare) (1) of the Labor-Management Council, 2010, universities and colleges shall pay welfare allowances to employees.
