A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From 16:00 to 17:00 on March 2013, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim E to change the victim’s “F” operated by the victim E located in the Busan Suwon-gu D market to KRW 500,00 in the market price; (b) increased the victim’s refusal, and (c) stated the victim’s appearance at a large amount of five minutes, i.e., “F., e., e., e., f., e., f., f., f., f., e., f., f., f., f., f., c., c., c., 300; and (d) obstructed the victim’s marina business

2. 피고인은 2013. 8 초순 일자를 알 수 없는 날 12:00경부터 13:00경 사이에, 부산 수영구 G에 있는 피해자 H가 운영하는 ‘I’ 금은방 가게에 찾아가 피해자에게 시가 20만 원 상당의 시계를 만 원에 팔라고 요구하였다가 거절당하자, 피해자에게 “씹할 안되는게 어딨노. 만 원에 팔아라. 씹할 놈아.”라는 등으로 욕설을 하고 큰소리를 지르는 등으로 행패를 부려 위력으로 피해자의 금은방 가게영업 업무를 방해하였다.

3.
