Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of “2017 Highest 1839” is not a person dealing with narcotics, and thus, is prohibited from trading, possessing, administering, etc. the Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine, or from possessing, selling, etc. marijuana for the purpose of smoking or smoking.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 18:00 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant received philophones from the head of the Dong-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul and D Moel three floors, the Defendant received philophones without compensation by taking the volume of philophones in transparent vinyl packaging from Ma-gu E.

2) On August 2016, the Defendant conspiredd with F and G to jointly purchase phiphones, and transferred KRW 500,000 to the designated account of the seller of philophones, whose name is unknown, from August 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones by means of searching for the philophones in the alleyway near the subway J Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, along with the above F and G, from the alleyway near the subway J Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

3) On August 2016, the Defendant conspiredd with F and G to jointly purchase phiphones. G around 18:00, the Defendant transferred the 500,000 won of philophones to the designated account of the seller of philophones whose name is unknown. On the same day, Defendant purchased philophones by finding out the philophones in philophones contained in vinyls in the pelway near the Seoul Gangnam-gu K Station along with F and G around 20:0 on the same day.
