Punishment of the crime

G Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and installing miscellaneous scrap metal at H in Ansan-si, and I is the representative of the said G G Co., Ltd.

Defendant

A Co., Ltd. and Defendant A Co., Ltd. constitute a joint supply and demand body with shares of 66.7% and 33.3% of each share, and the “J Corporation” was awarded a contract from the Gyeonggi Railroad Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant extension project”), which is the ordering entity, and entered into a contract for manufacturing and installing miscellaneous steel products with the said company G G Co., Ltd.

1. Defendant C and D are employees in charge of the safety and health management of the general site director of the instant extension construction project, and Defendant D are employees in charge of safety management.

The Defendants were the employees who used the work of the extension construction in this case, which were subcontracted by the joint business owners of the LA and the KA, to build a fixed bridge at the same work site of the joint companies, such as the above victims K.

The owner of a business operated in the same place shall take measures to prevent industrial accidents that may occur when the workers employed by him/her and those employed by his/her contractor work together at the same place.

The business owner and the safety manager shall install safety rail lines, fences, vertical fall telescopes, covers, etc. at places where employees might fall down, and shall install equipment, etc. to safely string the inside, in cases where employees wear safety belts at a place at a height of at least two meters, which is likely to fall, and shall take necessary measures to prevent the danger at places where employees might fall during the work, such as conducting inspections before commencing work as to whether there is any malfunction in safety belts and accessory equipment.

Nevertheless, on February 26, 2016, G K is the construction site in the case of the extension project site located in the Suwon-si L in light of 09:55, and K is the worker.
