A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:13, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 22:13, the Defendant: (b) intruded women’s toilets in the above commercial building on the third side for the purpose of stealing the appearance that women see, and entered the third side, and (c) stolen the appearance that the victim C (the age of 40) sees from the side partitions by taking a changeer and cutting off the partitions.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public use places such as toilets with a view to meeting his sexual desire.

Around 20:00 on December 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken female toilets with D1st floor in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, with a view to meeting his sexual desire, the Defendant stolen the form of Victim E (Ga name, n, 58 years old), which entered the above toilets to satisfy his sexual desire.

1. On February 14, 2020, at around 19:40 on February 14, 2020, the Defendant came to a female toilet of the first floor, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire, stolen the form of the victim G (a name, leisure, 32 years old) who entered the above toilet and reported a balle in the side partitions, with the aim of meeting his sexual desire.

On February 15, 2020, the Defendant came to the same place as the above Paragraph 1, around 15:29, at around 15:29, in order to satisfy one’s sexual desire, the Defendant sent the victim H (W, 37 years of age) form, which reported melting in the side partitions, by entering the above toilet, with a view to satisfying one’s sexual desire.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on a female toilet with a view to meeting his sexual desire twice.
