1. On March 24, 2013, the Defendant of a private document forgery: (a) around March 24, 2013, “A person operating a private teaching institute in Gwangju would have a person operating the private teaching institute, and (b) KRW 400,000 per annum on a loan to that person.
“Falsely speaking, 40 million won was borrowed, and instead, the Plaintiff arbitrarily prepared a certificate of borrowing D’s name and delivered it to the said C.
Defendant shall not pay to D around April 24, 2013 KRW 30 million in full, “E, F, and G prior to borrowing KRW 30 million;
The loan certificate to be repaid to him/her refers to a letter of loan written to him/her and changed: D, resident registration number: H, and address: I; and the three-story of K Private Teaching Institutes in Yong-gu, Gwangju; and the principal, the due date of repayment, interest, the due date of payment; the due date of payment of interest; and the due date of payment of the loan certificate being the official column; and on April 25, 2013, the creditor column entered the loan certificate in the column of the principal amount of the loan certificate under the above D’s name in gold (40,000,000); and the date of due date of due payment (1:20,000,000,000,000) as the creditor’s name “one-third,00,000,000,” and the “one-third, one-third,” and the “one-third,00,000,000” in the column of due date for repayment.
For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of a private document D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.
2. On April 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) exercised the instant investigation document as if it was genuine to C, who knew of the fact, one copy of a forged D’s borrowed loan, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, in the U.S. car page near the LG factory at the same time as the foregoing paragraph 1.
The defendant of "2016 Highest 1919" is entitled to KRW 400,00,000 per annum to the victim C at the mutual infinite coffee shop located in Pakistan on March 24, 2013.
