Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for rape, violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapons, etc.), and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Prison on July 29, 2016. 【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 01:00 on February 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) demanded that the victim B, who performed alcohol at the 1st floor of the Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Affairs and C hotel, had the alcohol value of at least 4 million won; (b) but the victim thought that the above demand was excessive, refused the Defendant’s request, and (c) appeared to have been detrimental to the above victim.
