Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.).
9. 21. Busan detention center completed its execution.
1. On January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:05, at the “Ecafeteria restaurant” operated by the victim D (year 56) located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) on the ground that the victim’s female son F, “one fluent defect in our country,” and the Defendant met the victim, the Defendant brucing disease, fluenced the victim as the victim’s face; and (c) on the ground that the victim’s fluent part of the victim’s face was fluent, and the Defendant fluent fluent part of the victim’s eye was unable to identify the number of days of treatment.

Around 01:00 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant demanded the victim K to drink alcohol in Busan J, which was operated by the victim K in Busan, but, on the ground that the victim said that the victim had a large amount of drinking alcohol, he/she expressed the victim’s bath while drinking the victim, he/she was able to take the face of the victim in his/her hand, and suffered an incurable injury in the number of treatment days, such as making the victim’s face fright, etc. in his/her hand red.
4. The Defendant, at around 01:20 on the same day, asked K from the patrol car to check out the case by the slope N belonging to the Busan Police Station Mountainous Zone, which was called out after receiving a report of 112 due to the act in paragraph (3) at the above place, and asked K to check out the above N's above N's crime prevention and criminal investigation without any reason.
