Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, the lower court’s dismissal of all of the primary claims seeking the implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer following the return of unjust enrichment on the instant land and the preliminary claims seeking the implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer based on the sales contract is justifiable

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding title trust or disposal documents, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
