1. Defendant A

A. On June 22, 2012, the Defendant, along with G, H, I, and J on June 2, 2012, followed the “L” restaurant located in K in Southyang-si from around 11:30 on June 22, 2012 to 17:00 on June 22, 2012, where the Defendant received the Chapter 2 first, and later received the Chapter 1 again at the time of the first receipt of the Chapter 2, then the Defendant entered the bar number which was later received between the number of 1:80,000 won which was less than 1:0 won per board.

B. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant, along with G, H, I, and J, carried out gambling at approximately 50 times from July 2, 2012 to July 17:00 of the same day, at the place described in paragraph 1-A, and at the same time as described in paragraph 1-A, and at the same time as described in paragraph 1-A.

On August 16, 2012, the Defendant, along with G, H, I, J, and nameless boxes (M), was in the restaurant of “O” located within the N in Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern District from around 13:0 on August 16, 2012 to around 17:00 on the same day, and around 50 in the same manner as described in paragraph 1(a).

The defendant 150 times more than KRW 2.2 billion, and habitually gambling. The defendant 1 150 times more than KRW 2.2 billion.

In order to assist Defendant B in gambling at each time and place described in paragraph (1) as above, the above J et al. at the time and place described in paragraph (1) 1-A, KRW 367 million at the time and place described in paragraph (1) 1-b, KRW 60 million at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) 1-B, and KRW 1-30 million at the same time and place.

G, H, I, J, and name-free boxes (one person M) provide gambling funds of KRW 1.25 million to J at the time and place specified in the port, and in the “L” restaurant located in K on September 27, 2013 at Nam-si, Namyang-si.
