Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2012, around 22:35, at the entrance of the criminal department and office entrance of Mapo Police Station located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, 618-1, the Defendant expressed the police officer B belonging to Mapo Police Station “police frings” on the ground that the police officer found the Defendant did not work, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties in relation to criminal investigation by assaulting B, such as making a b’s bbat with the left hand, and pushing B’s shoulder by hand.
