Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 13, 2012, at around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) reported that the Defendant driven a cab that the injured party B (the age of 62) driven on the road in front of the entrance of the subway Station No. 461-1, Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, 461-30, a public subway Station No. 461-1, and stopped the front door of the steering line once without any justifiable reason; and (b) opened the front door of the steering line and deducted the height of the vehicle.

Therefore, due to the defect in the victim's request to return the height of the vehicle, the victim's chest and the part on the part of the victim's chest were walking about 5 times each, and the victim's body was assaulted about 10 times to get off the head of the victim's body.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers for about 10 minutes, and interfered with legitimate execution of duties such as preparation of police reports and control of criminal and access to police officers.

4. Around 03:20 on November 13, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant at the 618-1 Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station and the Victim E (age 32)’s right bridge part, which was being charged to a waiting room without any justifiable reason, to the 5th degree off and the 3rd level off the head.
