Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall keep fake petroleum products.

Nevertheless, at around 10:50 on May 18, 2012, the Defendant kept 11 lives of fake petroleum products (17 lives per 1) mixed with luene and mertan in solvents, a petroleum product, in the Defendant’s operation in Daegu North-gu B.
