Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 35,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2018, the Defendant driven a B vehicle on September 19, 2018, and proceeded with the Gangwon-do road in the 481-207-207 of the Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, to the chilling intersection from the chilling intersection to the chilling intersection, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act by cutting the vehicle into the 4-lane traveling along the chilling intersection with the traffic congestion.
