Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 939-1": Defendant A
1. Defendant A and C’s joint crimes committed by Defendant A and C are the same year by the victim D, who had been under the control of C at the time of July 2015.

On July 10, 2015, Defendant A and C conspired to sell the said D’s private document to the said F at will, as seen above, at the end of the following: (a) Defendant A and C conspired to sell the said D’s car at will; (b) Defendant A and the said D’s letter of delegation; (c) written consent to towing the vehicle; (d) written consent to towing the vehicle; (c) written consent to towing the vehicle; (d) cash storage certificate; (e) letter of delegation; (e) letter of delegation for transfer of the vehicle; (e) one copy of the borrowed instrument; and (e) the name and resident registration number, etc. of the said D; and (c) Defendant A and C instruct C to forge the private document by stating the said letter of delegation; (f) written consent to towing the vehicle; (f) written consent to towing the vehicle; (f) cash storage certificate; (f) the letter of delegation for transfer of the vehicle; and (f) name: D: resident registration number: G; and (f) address: Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
