Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2018, at around 21:55, the Defendant, at the main point of “C” located in Gangnam-si B, and at around 21:55 on October 26, 2018, sent to E (33 years of age) affiliated with the D District of the Gangseo-gu Police Station D District of the Gangseo-gu Police Station, “I am under the influence of alcohol, I am under the influence of alcohol,” and, without any justifiable reason, continued to go out of the main point, “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, and I am under the influence of E with the left hand.
