Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:30 on May 10, 2019, the Defendant reported 112 on the street in front of the 'C' in the East Sea, that the Defendant called 'C' and told the Defendant to return home to the Republic of Korea, 'We have been under the influence of alcohol' and 'I have called 'I have been under the influence of alcohol' and 'I have been under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant.' The Defendant assaulted the Defendant to 'I have the desire to 'I have the President in the Republic of Korea, because I have the responsibility of the police, because I have to do so, I have to do so.'

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.
