A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A (51) The second floor of the building D in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in which approximately 42 square meters are installed and five massage places are operated, and the defendant B (26 years old) is a person who works at the place of business as an employee of the said place of business as a ship yard.

1. Although Defendant A was prohibited from mediating sexual traffic or providing a place for sexual traffic for business purposes, the Defendant, from around January 24, 2015 to October 23:20, 2015, through which the Defendant employed Defendant B as a manager from the above E massage place to find a place of business from around October 23:20, 2015, arranged unspecified male customers who had employed Defendant B to engage in a similar behavior, such as introducing 70,000 won as the price for sexual traffic and 40 minutes of the massage place to the women of sexual traffic employed by Defendant B, and harming the male sexual organ by hand.

2. Defendant B, as seen above, worked as a manager at the E massage place operated by Defendant A, and arranged the ship-satisn women known to and located in the usual place as a sexual traffic woman, and arranged the non-party F to engage in the act of similarity in the above manner by receiving 70,000 won as the price for sexual traffic around October 14, 2015 and receiving 70,000 won at around October 23, 2015.

As a result, Defendants arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
