Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On July 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months by the Seoul Western District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., and the above sentence became final and conclusive on September 19, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

B is the head of C Association Kimpo-si branch, and the defendant and D are the main figures of B, and they are willing to take money by entering a singing practice room located in Kimpo-si which provides alcoholic beverage and entertainment entertainment helpers, and displaying the above screen image taken to the singing practice room business owner and threatening them to take money by intimidation.

Around February 9, 2012, the Defendant and D, according to the above conspiracy, entered the G K K K K K K K K K-based operated by Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, performed alcohol as a guest, and taken the f-scam with the f-scam, and sent the f-scam to B the f-scam. On February 11, 2012, B displayed the f-scam image to the victim at the above K-scam-based singing room, stating that “A person whose name is unknown has been sent, who is not certain, shall report illegal business to the police without giving money,” and received KRW 1,30,000,000 from the food victim to a person whose name is unknown from the above f- scambling.

The Defendant, D, and B, including this, were given to the victims, as described in paragraphs (1) through (7) of the attached list of crimes committed around February 11, 2012 and March 6, 2012, and the victims were 7,90,000 won in total from them, and were given property by conspiracy to the victims.
